Chad Buros brings to The Osthoff Resort 27 years of hospitality experience with 23 years exclusively in Sales, the past 9 years at The Osthoff Resort. He is a two time recipient of the Waterford Hotel Groups Director of Sales of the Year Award and serves on the Governor's Council on Tourism's Meetings and Conventions Committee. Mr. Buros was a member of Meeting Professional International – Wisconsin Chapter and served on their Board of Directors for two years. Chad also received MPI – WI's New Member of the Year Award.

Chad oversees the Sales, Marketing and Conference Services Departments at the resort and services Road America business including race teams and club events.

Graduating from Fox Valley Technical College with an Associates Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Tracie is a 20-year veteran of the hospitality industry and has been with The Osthoff Resort for the past 10 years. Mrs. Toth is a certified meeting professional (CMP) and a current member of Meeting Professional International – Wisconsin Chapter, having previously served on the Board of Directors. Tracie received the MPI Supplier of the Year Award, Special Projects Award and is a two time recipient of the Team Member of the Year Award.

Tracie services the local and Southeast Wisconsin Corporate market and all Third Party meeting planners.

Earning a degree from MATC as well as the Minneapolis based McConnel School for Travel, Marin has worked in the hospitality and travel industry for 20 years. Having served five years on the Board of Directors for Meeting Professional International – Wisconsin Chapter, Marin also received the MPI Presidents Award, the 2004-05 Supplier of the Year Award, and the 2008 WSAE Associate Member of the Year Award. Marin also holds a membership with Wisconsin Society of Associative Executives. Mrs. Medema has been with The Osthoff Resort for 9 years.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, Vicky brings 23 years of hospitality experience, with the past 6 years at The Osthoff Resort.

Vicky is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and is a current member of the Wisconsin chapters of Meeting Professionals International, the American Marketing Association and Finance and Insurance Conference Planners. Ms. Zacharias is the recipient of the Hostmark Hospitality Group Sales Associate of the Year Award, MPI-Wisconsin Chapter Supplier of the Year Award and two-time Team Leader of the Year Award.

Vicky services all government business, the Illinois Corporate Market, and the Corporate markets in the Fox Valley, Green Bay, Madison and western Wisconsin.

After traveling with and serving in the US Army, Angela earned a degree in Resort Hospitality Management from Florida Gulf Coast University in Ft Myers. In 2010, she returned to the Milwaukee metro area, and continued her career in hospitality sales. Angela brings to The Osthoff Resort 11 years of hospitality experience with the last 6 years concentrated in Sales. She is currently a member of Meeting Professionals International- Wisconsin Chapter and services our Social Markets.

Born and raised in the Milwaukee metro area, Lori's broad experience of hospitality stems back to her childhood where she spent much time working in her family's restaurant. Since then Lori has worked in many of Milwaukee's fine dining restaurants and country clubs. She has been with The Osthoff Resort for 14 years working closely with brides and grooms to assist them in the planning of their weddings as well as detailing corporate events.

Earning a degree in Hospitality and Tourism at the University of Wisconsin–Stout, Jason's previous 16 years of hospitality experience includes Marriott's Tan Tara in Missouri Lake of the Ozarks, Marriott Lincolnshire in Illinois and The American Club of Kohler, Wisconsin. Jason has been with The Osthoff Resort for the past 13 years and received the Wisconsin Innkeepers Association's 2004 Employee of the Year Award.

After earning two Associates Degrees from Fox Valley Technical College in Hospitality & Tourism Management and Marketing, Ellie was employed at the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel in Appleton as a Catering Manager. During her tenure at the Radisson, Ellie detailed weddings, day meetings and conventions. After moving to Sheboygan County, Ellie continued her hospitality career as a Conference Sales Manager at Blue Harbor Resort and Conference Center before joining The Osthoff Resort's Conference Services Team in 2005.

Born and raised in Milwaukee, Judy's hospitality experience began in the restaurant industry where she and her husband owned and operated a restaurant for 17 years. She then moved north and spent the next 20 years employed in the administrative assistant and customer service field. Judy joined The Osthoff Sales Team in 2004 and provides daily assistance to the Sales Managers and all meeting and conference business at the resort.
